Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026. Taylor Nursing Academy is located at 824 Main St, Grandview, MO 64030. For a privacy question or a request to access, correct, or delete a record, call (816) 573-1440 or email taylornursingacademy4@yahoo.com. We may verify your identity before discussing or changing a record.

Applications and admissions

When you apply, we collect the information the form asks for, including your name, contact details, date of birth, address, preferred class or start timing, funding interests if you choose to share them, initials, signing date, and acknowledgment of possible clinical screening. Admissions uses the record to review your application and follow up about enrollment. A Taylor application is separate from a Missouri grant or Climb Credit application; those organizations make their own decisions.

The new website uses Cloudflare Pages and Turnstile to receive applications and stores structured application records in Taylor's protected Supabase database. It does not create a new applicant PDF. Designated admissions staff receive the submitted application details by email so they can review and follow up. These emails include your contact information, class plans, funding answers, and screening acknowledgment; they are sent through Resend to Taylor's authorized staff inboxes. Staff may also sign in to review the database record. We may email you an acknowledgment and admissions follow-up after your application is accepted. Email delivery can occur after the database has accepted the record.

Contact inquiries

If you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email, phone number, subject, and message so admissions can respond. Designated staff receive the details needed to answer. Please do not send identification, tax, health, or screening documents through the contact form or ordinary email unless Taylor gives you approved instructions.

Website services

Cloudflare hosts the site, checks form submissions with Turnstile, and applies request limits. Cloudflare may process network and device signals for security. Supabase stores application and contact records. Resend sends our application and contact email. Authorized staff manage these services for Taylor. Links to Missouri's grant portal, Climb Credit, and other outside sites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

The Taylor AI assistant uses Retell to process questions you type. Use it for general information, not for an application or sensitive personal details. The configured assistant keeps basic chat metadata for 30 days and does not store a server-side transcript; its widget may retain resumable conversation history in your browser and request a font from Google Fonts. Contact admissions directly about your circumstances.

Google Analytics and the staff feedback widget are not active on the production website. We do not send application fields to analytics.

Retention and your requests

Taylor's schedule is to keep new website application and contact records for five years from submission. A legal hold or an applicable enrollment, grant, financial, or other school-record obligation may require a longer period. We review verified access, correction, and deletion requests and explain when a record must be retained. Provider logs and delivered email copies can follow separate retention schedules.

Records and PDFs created by Taylor's earlier website are being reviewed separately. This notice does not claim those historical copies have been deleted. We may update this policy if our services or practices change and will show the new effective date here.
