Your class schedule, tuition, enrollment requirements, and clinical preparation should be clear before you sign. Start with the course documents here, then request the current agreement for the cohort you want to join.
Use the documents
Know what you are agreeing to.
The current agreement should identify start and end dates, tuition, payment timing, included supplies, possible charges, withdrawal and refund terms, and clinical requirements. Compare it with the class schedule and cost breakdown.
Bring any question to Taylor before you sign or pay. Admissions can walk through a term that is unclear.
Ask for your class-specific set
- Catalog and course description for your intended class.
- Enrollment agreement with dates and payment terms.
- Admission and clinical checklist with due dates.
Course downloads
Read the course and enrollment forms.
These Word documents are useful reference copies. Admissions can provide the current dated versions for your class.
Reference copies may differ from current cohort terms. Request the current agreement before signing or paying.
Before your first day
What to ask for before class begins.
Request your dates and daily hours, the full cost and due dates, the admission and clinical checklist, and the withdrawal and refund terms. Admissions can walk you through anything unclear. There is no reason to guess at a document's meaning.
