What does the school application ask for?

The form asks for a preferred start timeline, contact and address details, date of birth, initials, signing date, and acknowledgement of possible clinical screening. Class preference and funding questions are optional.

Does applying reserve a seat or approve funding?

No. We’ll confirm class availability and follow up about enrollment steps. Missouri Fast Track and Climb Credit each have a separate application and decision.
